Q: What physical activity should I be doing and how often?

I’m 55 and very fit and active but am wondering as I age what physical activity should I be doing and how often?

    As you age it is important to continue to do weight-bearing exercises, which include weights and strength exercises to maintain your bone density and muscle mass. It is also important to continue brisk walking outdoors. Walking is essential in maintaining your quality of life as you age. You should aim to do exercise most days of the week.
