Has anyone been on Infliximab medication?

Has anyone been on this medication, and what results did you notice? I'm interested in side effects and possible reactions with other tablets?

Hi,

I have had Crohn's disease for almost 10 years now. About 3 years ago i started on infliximab.

It worked brilliantly for me.

After 2 treatments I had no pain and no flare ups.

I have had Crohns for 6 years and been on Infliximab since it came on the PBS. I was allergic to all other medications (other than pred) and now i feel fantastic!!!!! I rarely feel sick (only sometimes in the last week before my next infusion) and I wouldnt even know i had the disease most of the time.

I have heard that not all people are so successful on this medication, but for those who are its a miracle drug, it really is! :D Reply to this post | Report
