  The daughter of the late Jean Hailes and a passionate advocate of women’s health, Janet has held a number of positions within Jean Hailes for Women’s Health and on committees and working parties such as the Victorian Government Ministerial Advisory Committee on Women's Health (1997 to 2003).
  
  Janet also knows what it’s like to go through menopause and enjoys sharing her experiences with other women.
