About
I am 45 and live with my father. My mother has recently passed on. I now suffer from severe depression and anxiety. Trying to find the meaning in my life instead of operating like a robot. I am seeing a phyciatrist, a phycologist as well as visiting the mental health unit. I have a very logical brain so the things happening to me are strange and don't make any sense. I try to keep positive and still push myself to go to work, play squash and mix with my friends. I feel sad for my dad and for the problems other people must face in life. Desperately looking for hope. My heart goes out to other people who have the same problems.
sincerly John Murray.
