Hey there! I'm Jason, I'm 20 years old and I have a Diploma of Fitness which gives me the qualification of Fitness Specialist and am starting Podiatry study this year. I studied my Diploma at Southbank Institute of Technology. I have an interest in musculoskeletal rehab, running (I have way too many pairs of running shoes), and nutrition recommendations.
When I was a child I had reactive arthritis in my knees, which is now in remission but still hasn't restricted me from performing well in a variety of sports. I also have Aspergers syndrome and along with reactiive arthritis, has lead me down the path of wanting to help other people.
