  Sandra has a special interest in the management of women’s health through puberty, the reproductive years and pregnancy, and particularly perimenopause. She is a consultant naturopath at Jean Hailes for Women’s Health, a not-for-profit organisation providing important services for women from adolescence to mid-life and beyond and also consults at Melbourne Holistic Health Group in Fairfield, Victoria. She presents seminars to the general public on midlife women’s health and also educates GPs and other health professionals throughout Australia on the evidence-based and traditional naturopathic management of perimenopausal women. Sandra assists with the development of educational resources for the Jean Hailes website for use by the general public and health professionals. With a love of food, she also creates simple health-focused recipes with educational messages which are published in the Jean Hailes national magazine.
