Bio
The founder of Your Bariatric Dietitian, Sally has extensive experience in individual counselling, working in the private sector since 2003. She has specialised dietetic counselling skills in the dietary management of those undergoing bariatric surgery, having provided dietetic consultations to hundreds of individuals as part of one of Adelaide’s premier holistic, multidisciplinary obesity management teams since 2005.
In 2010 Sally launched her first Australian book, Knife, Fork and Band – Your Healthy Living Plan with a Gastric Band. She followed in 2011 with an ebook series for the international market, Bariatric Nutrition Essentials. Sally has now teamed with fellow APD Justine Hawke to publish Spoons for Thought - Making sense of the food you eat.
