Kylie’s determination and passion in striving for ultimate health & success is what has led her to a successful career in health and wellness.
Returning to Australia after 18 months at Sea running the Fitness Centre onboard Luxury Cruise Ships, Kylie embarked on her lifelong goal of starting her own Health Management Company. With Strive she has been able to utilize her years of diverse experience to ensure her clients achieve their goals of an ultimately healthy lifestyle.
Her Post Graduate studies were completed through the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) where she worked closely with several teams including the Australian Netball Team and Junior Elite Water polo team. She was also involved in the development and international touring of the first ever Australian Women’s Skeleton Team. In addition to her time spent working and studying in the discipline of Elite Sport Science, Kylie is a registered and experienced Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist. For several years she worked in Injury Rehabilitation, within both the hospital setting and in clinical practice. Her predominant focus and area of interest is in neurological, spinal cord, cardiac, neck and back injury clientele.
For the duration of her career Kylie has been committed to acquiring a diverse array of knowledge and experience in the fitness industry. She has had her written work published in notable sports journals and has presented at international sports conferences. Kylie has a strong interest and level of knowledge in lifestyle programming, weight loss and sports nutrition. She is also a keen athlete, spending her spare time training and racing for Adventure Racing and multisport.
When it comes to challenging yourself, bettering yourself and proving to yourself that anything is possible, Kylie will help you reach your pinnacle. Whether it is to get your body moving again, reduce persistent pain or find the strength to conquer Everest, Kylie will work with you to design your holistic lifestyle program.
